Kroket Kentang

Satu lagi makanan favorit yang musti kamu coba !!! Enak, sehat dan mengenyangkan...
Trus, tunggu apa lagi. Buruan cobain.

Bahan Isi:
1 sdm margarin
25 g bawang Bombay, cincang halus
150 g daging sapi cincang
100 g wortel, kupas, potong kecil
75 g buncis muda, iris halus
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
50 ml air
1 sdm kecap manis
½ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt pala bubuk
1 sdt garam
1 sdm tepung terigu
minyak untuk menggoreng

Adonan Kentang:
500 g kentang tua, kupas, kukus
2 sdm susu bubuk
¼ sdt pala bubuk
¼ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt garam

Lapisan:
1 butir telur ayam, kocok
100 g tepung panir

Cara membuat:
Isi: Panaskan margarin hingga leleh. Tumis bawang Bombay hingga layu.
Masukkan daging cincang, aduk hingga kering.
Tambahkan sayuran, air, dan bumbu. Aduk hingga layu dan mendidih.
Taburi tepung terigu, aduk hingga kental dan kering. Angkat.
Haluskan kentang selagi panas.
Tambahkan bahan lainnya. Aduk hingga rata.
Ambil 2 sdm kentang, pipihkan. Isi dengan adonan isi. Bentuk bulat lonjong.
Celupkan dalam telur kocok. Gulingkan dalam tepung panir hingga terbalut rata.
Goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak di atas api sedang hingga kuning kecokelatan.
Angkat dan tiriskan.
Untuk 18 buah

Nastar Keju

Buat kamu yang hobi membuat kue kering bisa mencoba resep ini. Nastar keju yang nggak terlalu manis en gurih (karena ada kejunya. Pokoknya yummy deh...... Met Mencoba

Bahan Selai nanas:
150 g nanas, parut
100 g gula pasir
2 cm kayu manis

Bahan Kue:
150 g margarin
50 g mentega
2 kuning telur ayam
1 putih telur ayam
275 g tepung terigu
¼ sdt vanili bubuk
100 g keju edam , parut

Olesan:
2 kuning telur ayam, kocok

Taburan:
100 g keju Cheddar parut

Cara membuat:
Selai nanas: Masak semua bahan di atas api kecil hingga kental dan warnanya agak kecokelatan. Angkat, dinginkan.
Bentuk adonan menjadi bulatan-bulatan kecil. Sisihkan.

Kue: Kocok margarin dan mentega hingga lembut.
Masukkan telur satu per satu sambil kocok hingga rata.
Masukkan tepung terigu, vanili dan keju Edam. Aduk hingga rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
Ambil 1 sdm adonan kue, pipihkan. Isi dengan bulatan selai nanas, bentuk kembali menjadi bola-bola.
Kerjakan yang sama dengan sisa adonan.
Taruh di loyang datar yang bersemir margarin. Olesi permukaannya dengan telur kocok.
Taburi keju Cheddar parut. Panggang dalam oven panas 160 C selama 25 menit hingga kuning kecokelatan. Angkat dan dinginkan.
Simpan dalam wadah kering bertutup.
Untuk 600 gram

Donat Kentang

Bahan:
275 g tepung terigu
2 sdt baking powder
¼ sdt garam
¼ sdt soda kue
100 g gula pasir
2 butir telur ayam, kocok
50 g mentega, lelehkan
125 ml susu cair, aduk dengan½ sdm air jeruk nipis
150 g kentang, kupas, kukus, haluskan
minyak goreng

Cara membuat:
Campur semua bahan kering menjadi satu. Buat lubang di tengahnya.
Masukkan telur dan mentega leleh sambil aduk hingga rata.
Tuangi susu sedikit-sedikit sambil uleni hingga licin.
Tambahkan kentang halus, aduk hingga adonan tidak lengket di tangan.
Bentuk adonan menjadi bola-bola atau bentuk cincin.
Goreng dalam minyak banyak di atas api kecil hingga donat kuning kecokelatan.
Angkat dan tiriskan.
Taburi gula bubuk, jika suka.
Sajikan.

Eating much fruit can have a mysterious healing effect on human beings. Even better is to drink a lot of freshly squeezed fruit drinks on a regular basis. It will take approximately 30 days until you start to notice the effects. Don't forget to drink these smoothies 20 minutes before the consumption of other meals. This way the fruit will not ferment in the stomach and the nutritious elements can be absorbed by the blood effectively.

Ethical reasons to eat fruit
Fruit doesn't have to be killed and slaughtered before you can eat it. The fruits are just hanging there waiting to be picked by you! This ethical argument (often used by vegetarians and vegans to not eat meat) claims that fruit is a non-animal food. Many people see animals, especially mammals, as living creatures just like humans. 1. FRUITS & OLIVE OIL

These are the most detoxifying fruits and excellent foods. They should be avoided when you have the flu because the body could overreact detoxifying and make you even more sick.

Some people may have problems with these fruits because of their acid content. The acid though is a healthy and organic nutritional element (for instance: ascorbic acid is vitamin c, found especially in citrus fruits and vegetables).

Don't eat more than one banana a day if you gain weight easily.

After fruit the most important of all foods. Along with fruits, vegetables are the only right nutrition for the human body. Vegetables contain amino acids and antioxidants in forms that do not occur in other foods. You can eat unlimited amounts. Vegetables are most nutritious when eaten raw. They are especially important to eat for their protein contents. We don't offer more information about vegetables because this is a fruit site.

THE RELATION BETWEEN BLOOD TYPE AND DISEASE

A blood type (also called a blood group) is a classification of blood based on the presence or absence of inherited antigenic substances on the surface of red blood cells (RBCs). These antigens may be proteins, carbohydrates, glycoproteins, or glycolipids, depending on the blood group system, and some of these antigens are also present on the surface of other types of cells of various tissues. Several of these red blood cell surface antigens that stem from one allele (or very closely linked genes), collectively form a blood group system.
Research conducted by Dr. James D'Adamo and Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo about relation between blood type, eat pattern and human disease. In book "Eat Right for Your Type", they conclude that "If bloods represent the especial source of food dealer at the body, hence there is a big possibility that blood can identify the food difference". Suatu jenis darah (disebut juga golongan darah) adalah suatu penggolongan darah berdasar pada ketidakberadaan atau keberadaan penerimaan unsur antigenic pada sel darah merah (RBCs). Antigen ini berupa protein, karbohidrat, glycoprotein, atau glycolipids, tergantung pada sistem golongan darah, dan sebagian dari antigens ini juga memperlihatkan jaringan sel lainnya. Beberapa permukaan sel darah merah ini berasal dari satu allele (sangat berhubungan dengan gen), yang secara bersama membentuk suatu sistem golongan darah.

Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Dr. James D’Adamo dan Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo mengenai hubungan antara golongan darah, pola makan dan penyakit manusia. Dalam buku “Eat Right For Your Type”, mereka menyimpulkan bahwa “Jika darah merupakan sumber utama penyalur makanan pada tubuh, maka kemungkinan besar darah juga dapat mengidentifikasikan perbedaan makanan”. Golongan darah menjadi kunci keseluruhan sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia, serta menciptakan antibodi untuk mencegah berbagai penyakit dan infeksi.

Hubungan pertama yang ditemukan antara golongan darah dan penyakit adalah ulcus pepticum (maag), yaitu penyakit yang menyebabkan asam lambung lebih tinggi daripada normal. Penyakit ini sering dialami oleh mereka yang bergolongan darah O. Orang yang bergolongan darah O akan lebih baik keadaannya jika diberi makanan tinggi protein, karena makanan seperti ini memerlukan lebih banyak asam untuk pencernaan yang baik, sehingga kadar asam pada lambungnya tidak akan berlebihan.

Hubungan kedua adalah hubungan golongan darah tipe A dengan penyakit kanker perut dan anemia perniciosa (berkurangnya jumlah eritrosit atau kadar haemoglobin). Kanker perut dikarenakan kurangnya produksi asam di perut, sedangkan anemia perniciosa berhubungan dengan kekurangan vitamin B12.

Hubungan ketiga adalah golongan darah B yang berhubungan dengan stres, gangguan sistem kekebalan tubuh, dan daging merah. Stres dipicu oleh keadaan khusus seperti kekurangan magnesium pada golongan darah B, sehingga mereka sangat efisien dalam mencerna kalsium di dalam tubuh. Keadaan ini mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan kadar kalsium dan magnesium dalam darah. Jika hal ini terjadi, mereka akan mudah terserang virus atau ketahanan tubuh melemah, letih, lesu, depresi, dan gangguan saraf. Mengonsumsi daging merah seperti daging domba dan daging kelinci beberapa kali seminggu dapat mengembalikan kekebalan tubuh.

What can we do to help people follow the healthy life style?
Everyone talks about achieving it, but most people have many excuses as to why they can’t, won’t, or don’t want to change their current life style. The most common excuse people make for not trying to have a healthy lifestyle is “a lack of time.” Have you ever said to yourself, “Oh, I’m tired, I don’t have time to exercise?” or “I don’t feel like cooking dinner tonight; let’s just get some fast food.” These excuses are real and they are contagious. Time and health always seem to be at odds with each other. We have time to work, time to commute, time for our business associates, but very little time to spend on ourselves, people we love, or even random people who deserve our attention.

Let’s start our healthy life in 10 minutes or less!!!!!!
There are many things you can do in 10 minutes to release tension, prevent future frustrations, get your blood flowing, etc. With time out as an excuse, what are you going to begin doing differently tomorrow?
